NURS 440 - Community Health Nursing

Presents an overview of population-focused nursing practice and community health nursing responsibilities in various health settings. Emphasis is on the application of the processes to population-focused practice and commonly encountered health problems of families and aggregates in the community in the context of promoting and protecting the health of populations.

Prerequisites: NURS 342, NURS 430 and NURS 432.
