CHEM 335 - Quantum Mechanics

An intoduction to the theory and methods of quantum mechanics. Topics include observables, operators, eigenvalues, stationary states and time evolution of solutions to the Schrodinger equation including 1-D potentials, central potentials, the hydrogen atom, angular momentum and spin. Also offered as PHYS 335.

Prerequisites: PHYS 334 or CHEM 345 and MATH 343.
