Third of a three semester sequence for pursuing science and engineering studies. Topical coverage includes: special relativity, general relativity, wave-particle duality, atomic structure, introduction to quantum mechanics and other current topics in physics. Students are encouraged to enroll concurrently in Modern Physics Lab.

Prerequisites: PHYS 241.
