This course explores the requirements to become a teacher in the state of Texas. Topics covered include the teaching profession, certification areas, state testing, and other requirements. The course is designed to help students make teaching career decisions. Should be taken during first semester at TLU. Admission to the Educator Preparation Program is not required.
