KINS 311P - Practicum in Athletic Training

This course is intended for students who are enrolled in the athletic training educational program. This is a laboratory-based course designed to give instruction and evaluation of specific clinical proficiencies in athletic training. Emphasis will be placed on proficiencies in the areas of specific injury management, basic assessment and evaluation, and communication. Evaluation of proficiencies will be preformed in the areas of risk management, basic assessment and evaluation, nutrition, and specific injury management.

Prerequisites: KINS 212P.
