ISYS 333 - Electronic Commerce 3 Credit Hours 3 Lecture Hours 0 Laboratory Hours
This course investigates electronic commerce theories, models, and strategies needed to successfully build and manage E-Commerce applications. Students will learn how to make sound decisions regarding what type of technology is used to plan, analyze, design and implement an E-Commerce application. Topics will include web-based business applications, web marketing, accounting practices for E-Commerce, E-Commerce security, planning a virtual business presence, and ethical and legal issues.
Prerequisites: CSCI 136 or CSCI 248 and at least three hours of 300-level BUSI or ISYS credit.
