French I is an introductory course for those with little or no knowledge of French. Integrates language and culture with classroom activities that focus on listening and speaking in personal contexts. Reading and writing strategies are introduced. Any student wishing to take a language course for the first time MUST take the language placement test . Students MUST print the results and bring them to any language instructor for final placement.
