ENVS 130 - Environmental Science 3 Credit Hours 3 Lecture Hours 0 Laboratory Hours
This course serves as an introduction to the disciplines and methods involved in environmental research from a natural science perspective. Topics may include ecology, watershed studies, biodiversity, native plants, ecological restoration, and global change. Laboratories will provide opportunities to gather and analyze ecological data, to learn techniques, and to use specialized equipment. Biology and chemistry majors may not count this course towards the minor and must take BIOL 337 or CHEM 342 .
