DRAM 271 - Survey of Dramatic Literature I

A survey of classical dramatic literature, covering material from the early origins of dramatic text to the mid-19th century. Students will read and analyze a broad collection of texts within a chronological context, with special emphasis on historical period, genre, culture and style.

Prerequisites: COMP 131 and COMP 132.
