ATHL 534 - Clinical Practice IV

A graduate level course designed to allow students to practice and gain confidence in the clinical skills and concepts covered in the Clinical Practice 1-3 courses. This is a laboratory-based course designed to evaluate and refine clinical proficiencies in athletic training. Students will be assigned as the primary health care provider in a specific clinical setting and provide care under the direct supervision of clinical preceptors. Weekly meetings will reinforce concepts learned in the clinical setting.

Prerequisites: ATHL 533.
