EDUD 784B - Power Dynamics & Toxic Leadership

This elective course explores the topic of toxic leadership and its impact on co-workers within an institution or workplace. Students will examine the how this type of dysfunctional and harmful leadership style affects productivity as well as possible ways to mitigate the toxicity and work toward a more positive environment.
