This core course explores critical topics from education leadership theory and practice. Topics to be discussed include the school environment, school structures and culture, motivation, recognizing individual differences, decision making, creativity, leading groups and teams, exercising power, managing conflict, working with community and parents, job satisfaction and other work attitudes.
