EDUC 461 - Student Teaching in Secondary Schools

Directed observation, participation, and teaching in the secondary schools for 14 weeks, full days. A student’s academic load for the semester in which he or she is engaged in student teaching is limited to 12 semester hours. EDUC 438 and READ 436 are to be taken concurrently.

Prerequisites: EDUC 332, EDUC 334A, EDUC 432, and admission into the student teaching program.
